Returns and Refunds
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund. Products damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost — contact us within 48 hours with photos. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
